About the Contract
In January 2020 our team of expert groundwork operatives began work on the development for Smith Carpentry and Construction. The contract included the full groundworks infrastructure package with all sewers and drainage connections, retaining walls and all roads and entrances with 278 works. Work is expected to take 11 months to complete.
