The 6 unit site for Eponymous Properties is set to be a collection of 6 individual two, three and four bedroom homes designed and built to the high specification matching the local rural settings complete with blue Lias stone and timber clad.
About the Contract
The contract is to complete the entire groundwork infrastructure for the 6 new domestic dwellings, including sewer works, drainage, surfacing and soak away. The total development works on-site was estimated to take around 4 months (weather permitting) and excavations for the initial earthworks started on January 2020.
