Beam and Block floors are becoming increasing popular in both the commercial and private housing sector and for good reason. The system is easy, robust and fast allowing for the next stage of the build to take place. The construction process involves laying concrete blocks in-between T beams. The materials are inexpensive and require no drying time allowing the rot proof, fire resistant, drought proof floors to be constructed quickly and with very little concreting.
Beam and Block floors are both a time efficient and budget friendly way of creating suspended floors both at ground level and on the upper levels of residential and commercial buildings.
